Are S[9 five] frames with Boulder, CO sticker essentially Homegrowns?

Someone was telling me that some S9s were welded by Yeti. I know they don't share the chainstay BB yoke but they do have the Asymetrical chanstay bend on the drive side and the welds look super clean.
