I'll try to add that in as time permits, though the model specs I've uploaded for each model or year generally call it out in the meantime. That's a 2000 Homegrown Pro, not Yeti-made, with the "Hayes-style" disc mount. Detailed specs:

All individual model pages now list disc compatibility and specify IS or 22mm as appropriate.
