'96 Factory with Phantom style paint?? 21" frame

I worked for Bingham Cyclery in Utah years ago and bought this frame and fork from a co-worker. It's a mishmash of parts that I had been moving from frame to frame. It has one of those Specialized carbon tubed Rock Shox Judy style forks that was pretty cool. Not sure on the exact year of the frame. Any ideas on what something like this would be worth?
