Looks like the base model Homegrown frame made by Control Tech, as you’ve ascertained already. That is the frame that was used for the Homegrown ESP, XT, and LXT models. While it’s not a true Yeti frame it’s still an excellent hardtail frame made in the US that’s just a touch heavier than the Yeti. It will still make for a sweet ride should you decide to keep it.
