Good post. Owning Homegrowns becomes addictive. You certainly have to appreciate something to own these bikes. I’ve loved em ever since I laid eyes on a Schwinn catalog back in 1999. Last year I finally had the means to buy one.
What’s funny is how many people think it was built by Yeti, just because it says Homegrown on it.
We on the other hand, know better.
In keeping with this thread’s theme, I spotted a brand new 2000 Homegrown Pro frame (orange) at a small bike shop in Alpena, Michigan. They wanted $500 for it.
