You can always tell the size of a homegrown by looking at the angle of the downtube and top tube of the frame. And, if there’s a gap where they meet at the headtube, then it’s a 21. The best measurement is the center of bottom bracket, to the top of the seat tube collar. It’s a good looking bike!
