’98 LXT?

I am looking at buying this frame and when I told the seller I was undecided because I wanted a ’99 with disc mounts he replied that it has them.  I am waiting on pictures to prove because the ’98’s don’t typically have mounts do they? I also noticed that the decals are black which seems odd as well.  Anybody seen one like this before?

Wellhe email me and apologized, he pictured disc mounts in his head but there are none.  Still interested in the decals though.  He is the second owner so maybe they were replaced.  Also he sent me some higher res pics and the bb red looks more sparkly than what I remember my bb green did.
