It’s a ’95 or ’96 “Suspension Homegrown.” In the model pages there’s only pictures of the red version, but you’ll see it in black in the ’95 or ’96 catalog scans.

Thanks John, appreciate the info. I was wondering about the color.. Don’t see any out there with black frames. I remember drooling over bikes just like this when I was a kid during summer/winter trips to Colorado.
