FS: Project Underground (poor repaint)

I have a ’97 Project underground frame that needs paint and a new seat collar. I just wasn’t using it, so I stripped it back down to the frame.
It was poorly repainted at some point with incorrect blue glitter paint as well as incorrect decals. It also has a seat collar that works ok, but ideally it needs a correctly fitting seat collar made up, as I haven’t found any off-the-shelf collars that fit correctly. There is a shop that can make this (the name escapes me at the moment).
I can get some photos for anyone seriously interested.

I’ll throw in the post and headset for free. Also probably a front derailleur – they require top pull bottom swing.
