I’m not sure, but that’s what year frame it is from. Just looking at the model indentifier, I only see it on the 2000 models.
Right, they had a naming contest before they came out with “N’Litened.” The 2001s had something like this one (though not on the head tube):

If you ever find a loose one for sale let me know. I would like to buy one and replace the one on my daughter’s 2001 Homegrown Pro. They are getting hard to find these days.
