Hello,
I am selling my 1999 Schwinn Homegrown Elite in BBG with a Fox Float100 RLC fork. This bike has low miles as I am the second owner. The original owner bought it but was injured shortly after purchase while downhilling, so the bike sat and was only used for bike paths etc for his guests until around 2007. Then the original owner wanted to ride it again but found the original front fork was shot after years of sitting. He had RockShox warranty it but they only gave him a Dart3. This is how I received the bike, so I then upgraded to the Fox Float RLC (very nice). The rest of the bike is original. There are some minor scratches and some chainslap, but nothing serious for a bike of this age. I really like this bike but I am moving to Europe and cannot take it with me. I believe it is a 17″ but I’ll have to double check. Bike is currently located in Boston, MA but I can deliver along the I-95 corridor during the week of July 18th, or possibly ship if you want. 450$ OBO.
