’99 Elite Value?

Bicycle Blue book lists ’99 Elite between $199 and $215 Good to Excellent condition. I see people asking around $400 to $450 often. I found one in good condition and want ot offer $275. Any opinions would be great! I am supposed to go look at it in the afternoon of 6/1

Looks to be in good condition. Might be a little late on this but I’d say you’re definitely in the ballpark at $275. Ebay completed-sold listings are always good. Several people have been asking pretty high prices for frames like that but they’ve been for sale for a while.

If you get the bike for $275 I would consider that a good deal. The only thing I would change is put an air fork on it.
