Are S[9 five] frames with Boulder, CO sticker essentially Homegrowns?

Someone was telling me that some S9s were welded by Yeti. I know they don’t share the chainstay BB yoke but they do have the Asymetrical chanstay bend on the drive side and the welds look super clean.

Was it the seller that told you that? 😀
Those were made in Taiwan but shared many of the HG features.
