Schwinn Homegrown Model Identifier › Forums › General Stuff › Homegrown Talk › Carbon S Homegrown what do you know about this?
I came across this Schwinn S Carbon recently and was hoping someone could tell me more about this particular model. It seems very similar to the S-20, but has slightly different decals including one large one that just says “S Carbon” and it has “homegrown” stickers too. I’ve found plenty of info on the S-20’s, but haven’t found much on this.
Thanks for your help!
Looks like the stickers were added, not original to the bike.
I believe the Carbon front main frame would be the same as the Carbon Homegrown All Mountain models. Only the rear triangle would be the lower tier S style. The Carbon framed versions had slightly slacker headtube angles and were designed for 100mm forks, hence the “All Mountain” designation.
