I’ve ordered from Velocals a few times and they seem to have quality decals. But be sure to give him the measurements you want. I’ve ordered from him before and the sizes were way off. He will reproduce them to your size specification but you have to request the sizes.

I recently ordered a Project Underground seat tube wrap and requested he leave off  the large circle around the “S” and leave the smaller  circle which made  the decal factory correct.
