Just stumbled across the site last night, in my exhausting search for………..a seat clamp. I’m restoring a replica of one of the team issued Schwinn ENF from ’95, it’s the bmx frame that shares a lot of traits with the early homegrowns. Anyways, I’ve been searching for the specific seat clamp that a few of the riders ran, with no luck for a few years now, until I saw a pic on here of a “Project Colorado” frame. I’m so glad to finally figure out WHAT I’m looking for. Now I just need to figure out WHERE to find one haha. I’ll post a wanted ad with some borrowed pics, if anyone has any idea where to find a clamp, or an unwanted frame with the clamp, I’d love to find one. Thanks for your time, Kevin
Did that lead from Bike Eric pan out?
Yeah, thanks to him I was able to get a clamp 3D printed in steel. I’ll post up a pic once I finish it up.
I finished up the bike this weekend, sans paint and decals. If anyone happens to have original Schwinn ENF (red) decals please PM me.
