    I bought this bike in New Mexico end of the 1990s. It’s always been too big.  I’m 5’4″ w. short legs and it’s a 19″ frame I think.

    Minus that funky stem, if everything is in order and functions, I would imagine $300- $350. But i’m no expert on pricing. You have a limited market. Most people want new bikes.
