SCHWINN HOMEGROWN – 19″ – 1997 LXT – $225
Frame is in great shape for it’s age, no cracks or dents (some decals missing or smudged). Bike has been sitting around for a long time. All original parts except for grips (now Salsa) and tires (check out that Tioga on the rear). No pedals included.
Original Parts: Rock Shox Judy XC fork. Shimano Deore XT F/R derailleurs and shifters. Shimano Deore LX brakes/levers, crankset and hubs. Mavic rims. Kore Lite stem. San Marco Homegrown saddle.
I rode this from 1997 – 2001, then it pretty much sat dormant. Needs a tune. Fork has not been serviced in a long time. I’m happy to send additional pictures or answer any questions.
Purging bikes to make more room in garage. Also selling Look KG243 (vintage steel road bike) and Quintana Roo Caliente (tri bike).
Prefer not to ship. Local pickup in Fairfield county CT area.
