Is this the correct adapter for running rear discs on a Factory FS?
Not for a Sweetspot bike. The rear triangle of the SweetSpots is too shallow to fit a caliper between the seatstay and chainstay. I had to use a DM-UNI on my 98 HG Sweetspot. There are a couple on Ebay now. I think I got mine from Bicycle Supply, but I don’t recall.
another option is to watch ebay for the old hayes 22mm calipers to show up. I have managed to grab one for each of my frames. they work fine and give you a nice clean look.
