Please welcome the newest member of the Bonus Tomato family…….my 2001 Straight 6. This frame fell into my lap as a second chance offer on Ebay. I do not normally take them, but in this case I accepted the second chance offer and lo-and-behold it showed up. Very nice riding bike. I need check out the Fox shock due to either bottoming or toping out. Not sure which it was just yet because I was too busy smiling and laughing my way to work while launching off everything I spotted along the way. Wheeeeeeeee……..

I tried to upload an image, but it said I would exceed my disc quota of 16 MB. Hey John, how can I delete some previous images so I can upload this newer one? Thanks man. BTW, if you need a contribution to inccrease the websites capacity plese let me know. I would be more than happy to help fund this fine project you have created.
January 23, 2010 at 3:40 am #2506johnKeymasterTry that upload again. There was a hidden setting I’d missed but all should be well.
Thanks for the generous offer. There’s definitely some things I’d like to do with some dedicated hosting and a few other things but I don’t want to put a bunch of ads on here either. I was kind of tacking the tactic of waiting to see how much I can implement with the current hosting arrangement and worrying about it later, at least for now.
Cheers,
John
January 29, 2010 at 2:36 am #2519bikericMemberI will modify the pic with photoshop and change the name slightly. Maybe I have done something wrong. Is there a way for me to delete the “thumbnails” in my account that say Schwinn Straight 6? I’ve tried about 4 or 5 times to upload the same image and it is counted in “my thumbnails”, but there is not a viewable image. It is something that I cannot change in My account. Not a big deal, but would surely clean things up for me.
January 29, 2010 at 2:48 am #2520johnKeymasterDang, that’s pretty bizarre. I’ve deleted those thumbnails and will run one other update so it should be fine here in a second. I will delve deeper into the settings here but give it another shot.
January 29, 2010 at 3:45 am #2521bikericMemberIt is less than 8 Mb. Save as a .jpg. Still no go. Can I email it to you John?
January 30, 2010 at 2:23 am #2523johnKeymasterAre you still getting the same disk quota message or has it changed at all?
This sucks, I really thought I had that solved. I’ll dig back into it but in the mean time email it to me at john at bonustomato dot com.
January 30, 2010 at 3:01 am #2524johnKeymasterYou should now actually be able to upload images up to 8 mb each. I’d bumped up the php setting to the max allowable within the database but missed an independent setting elsewhere, so it was actually limiting it to 5 mb. Feel free to try yet again or just email it to me.
January 31, 2010 at 1:01 am #2527bikericMemberIt is working normally now. Thanks so much.
January 31, 2010 at 4:30 am #2528johnKeymasterYou bet. Sorry about the hassle-I guess that’s what you get for actually using the site a bunch.
