Did anyone watch the two Homegrowns sell last night I bid on the 2001 one but lost by a few dollars can’t believe the 2000 went for I think 235 I got mine for 219 new from shop.
Did anyone watch the gold and silver 4 Banger frame? Wish I could have afforded that one, it seems those frames are rare.
Frames in decent shape are getting tougher to come by. I wouldn’t be surprised if they start commanding higher prices, especially with nicer weather coming.

I sold the yellow homegrown comp on ebay. I was disappointed with the low price. I should have waited until later in the season. In any case, I think the frames with the bass boat paint jobs are in greater demand, even if they are older. That said, I paid close to $300 for a 19″ 2001 homegrown factory in matte black. That probably says as much about my spending habits than the greater market.
No problem…it did make me do a double-take when I saw it. I’m honored you actually like it…it’s simply a pic I took of the tomato on my downtube.
I almost bid on those. Glad I didn’t now. You got a good deal. Usually people fight over those and jack up the price.
