Love the site! But, I’d like to see a better picture archive of other’s homegrowns. It should be accessible and pics should remain in the archive permanently. I love looking at other folk’s HG’s.
I agree. If you like looking at Homegrowns, check out the Facebook group I started here:

It’s full of Homegrown pictures, join and add pictures of your own!
Are you guys thinking that a flickr-type gallery that anybody can post to on here would be the ticket, or something more organized by year and maybe done in a slideshow type thing would be best?
How about a location spot under our screen names so we can have a better idea of where people are from. Thanks.
As it stands right now the software doesn’t provide that option but I’m looking into either custom coding options or a user map feature that would be separate. In the interim the signature option could be used for that but obviously that’s just dependent on users wanting to include that info.
If you were to include user photos, I think it would be good to have them organized by year/model (like the existing gallery). So that probably means each existing photo would become it’s own gallery, probably using the stock photo as a cover photo. Then clicking on it would bring you the info currently available, plus any user-uploaded content pertaining to that specific bike. (I’m sure this is all easier said than done :0 )
Keep up the good work!
Hey CJ, the main gallery was set up with adding this functionality in mind, I just haven’t been able to make the time yet. Would definitely be a nice thing to have and hopefully I’ll have some time as a couple work projects are wrapping up soon.
Any chance on getting a Project Underground registry with pictures? Just wondering how many are still out there.
Can do. Not going to make any timing promises though. 😀
