So here is a fun one…. I bought a 98 HG and a 2000 HG. I just upgraded the 2000 HG bottom bracket and crank to the new Shimano Hallowtech 2 versions. I mistakingly tried to put the BB i pulled out of the 2000 HG into the 1998. Little was I aware that the BB spindle/cup length were different on these two models. The 1998 uses a 73*118, where as my 2000 HG uses a 68*118. I just ordered a new BB online today, but was curious to know if anyone else has had a similar issue with this?

Also, I have 2 more HG’s I’m looking to sell/trade. I’m looking for a Bass Boat Green HG in good condition. Frame or Frame and Fork. Willing to buy or trade up for it if possible.
Thanks,
S.
You have pics of what ur gonna sell?
Are you still lokking for the green frame?
Yes, I am… 17 inch frame. I have tried the 19 inch frames and they are too big, a little to far out to handle comformatbly.
All three are 17inch frames… http://www.flickr.com/photos/54946327@N00/
The BB blue is a full XTR – 8 speed.
The BB Red is a partial XT – 8 speed. I am in the process of upgrading to 9 speed.
The black is a mix of LX/XT.
The red and blue frame are 19″,rt? They look it. How much for either frame? Thx
