Bottom Bracket and Cranksets for 99 HG Pro

Hi, just building up a 99 frame that I’ve had in storage since then. I want to go with a 2×10 set up but unsure of cranksets or bottom bracket. I was looking at a SRAM X9 crankset, any idea on which bottom bracket I should go with? Or any idea on any really light cranksets out there (other than the SRAM XX, too expensive!)?
