But I’m looking for a frame & parts for frame for exchanging my current homegrown frame (it is too small for me because of 15″).
I can not have the enough confidence which fully utilizes all your items in photos of your 2nd replying. And I think that my money for my project seems to be insufficient to purchase all your items including wheel, wheel parts and others.

Could you please reply again if it is possible to sell only frame & frame parts(shock, main pivot bushings…) in 1st photo for $300-$350 (The money for purchasing frame is $300-$350 including shipping fee. I think shipping fee for frame will be $70-$120)?
If impossible, I will give up purchasing your frame.

My Homegrown was completed last month.

I bought a new-HOPE’s disc brake set, but The fluid leaked from piston. I waited for its exchange for a month.

And changed fork, wheels, tires, stem….

15 years ago, I lived in Portland for business for a year, but  I do not use English so much since then.

My Homegrown returned back from welder. 

Before welding, The welder said “It is a little difficut to weld, because the edge of dropout-plate may melt by heat of the welding”. Giving priority to strength and accuracy, the welding work seems to have been done carefully.

After welding, I polished the swing-arm.

I’m waiting for the arrival of disc brake set.

Now, 21:30 at Japan.

Step4:

Step4 is the making of very important parts. In case of non-suitable Disk brake frame, the dropout and the joint of dropout & frame-pipe are not strong. The joint of dropout & frame-pipe must be reinforced. I made short pipe from rod of A6061-T6 by lathe. This step was most difficult working.

 

If this reinforcement pipe doesn’t exist, the crack will be caused on the welding part of joint of dropend and frame-pipe by innumerable braking.

It is a last step of making parts for disk mount plate.

Step 5:

It is necessary to check shape and the size of each parts on actual Homegrown frame before sending to welding worker.

The surface of shoulder of dropout of Homegrown frame(the face of welding adaptor plate) is not straight line. I shaped the shoulder of dropout a little by rasp. 

3 days ago, I sent adaptor-plate, reinforcement-pipe and positioning spacer to good welding worker. The this side of mount plate is welded with the screw detained on positioning spacer. Next, other side of the plate is welded after removing positioning spacer. 

 

The sentence of my postings might be queer or funny, because I am not good at English.
Please point it out if there is a part that cannot be understood.

The photos to Step3 was taken last month. I will post other photos this night. My Homegrown’s rear section, the adaptor and positioning spacer ware already sent to welding worker 3 days ago. The date of completion seems to be after 1 week. I will post the photos of completion this topic.

The number of set of adaptors that I can make is from 2 to 3 perhaps. I cannot make a lot of adaptors. Because I am an amateur about metalworking and  many days are necessary to make. I can work for making adaptor only for 2 to 4 hours on Sunday or Saturday. It may be necessary to shape by rasp slightly because the adaptor plate has a small error margin by hand working. I cannot warrant the precision of the plate and compatibility of other model.

If you need the set of adaptor(adaptor plate. reinforcement-pipe of dropend(I dont post this photo yet), positioning spacer of adaptor and bolts), and you can wait for 1month to 1.5month, the sending of the adaptor will be possible. I think that the total of adaptor-set is 20USD (this price is only material and very little working-fee!). And EMS fee is 1200JPY (about 15USD). The amount is 35USD. I can receive payment via Paypal.

You must prepare blank-rear-hub for holding adaptor plate and positioning spacer when welding (And you must know good aluminium welding worker).
