Jeff,
I’m sorry I can’t be of more help, but it was ordered for me by John Castellano when he looked over my frame before I built it. He still has a resale agreement with Fox, so he just offered to help me out. Apparently, it’s a fairly standard Fox DPS piece, so any bike shop should be able to order it for you.

Not that I can see, it’s just a “DPS” as far as I can tell.
Hey Jeff, Just for giggles, I went to Pro Bike Supply’s website and did a search for Fox DPS with a 5.5″ eye to eye and it looks like they offer five different shocks starting at $255. I think I paid right at that for mine and it works really well.
