yes it is gold black, my pics on on the 1999 forum with my photobucket pictures. Take a look to confirm. Certainly a factory team bike from the catalog pics.

I think that only factory and team bikes were yeti made. Does frame have 6061 anyplace to signify material?

It does appear that the whole yeti frame thing can be confusing but this site seems to have so much info that is closer to the truth than any. You might try to email mike to see if he can lead you to a yeti framed bike or someone might post one here once site gets fully going again. Try to subscribe and start the conversation about finding a frame. He may even have some leads.
