Memberi just ran in to the same problem last month, I soaked it in triflow over night, then after it was nice and lubricated, I took an old flat head screw driver and pryed it out from the bottom. If you want i can try and explain further or diagram it for you! ericontheroute@clear.net

I building from just a frame so as of right now I need everything haha. but I run a bike shop so we’ll see what I can do for new stuff I’m kind of particular and still haven’t made my mind up on a few important things like disc or v brakes and whether I want to go sram or shimano.
