Yeah ..I hear yeah on that..Im still trying to Find a Shock for the 4 Banger.. Wanna upgade to something stiffer or make it “all mountain” I seen a Strato’s used on a Ebay bike..But have No idea on Fittiment to look for..Judoka You may find something on Ebay..Schwinn homegrown..If you do,let Us know what you’ve learned..Good Luck!
Sweet bike.. 19″/Lg. A NEW Xt Bottom is on it,and I have XT cranks,and the XT front derailuer for it..Needs the cables Strung,and rear shock pumped up.Sad to let it go..$800

Not really,Im looking to sell the whole bike. for a Good offer.XT Bottom bracket is on there now,and I have a set of XT cranks,XT front drailuer,that will come with it.
Cables need strung,but I have them all,and the shock needs pumped up..

I Believe it Did measure to a 17,But I’lll check again.. I paid about 300 for it..thinkin it Was a 19″ 97BE000683 “L” with all the other projects,I never started building it,and when I decieded to maybe,sell it..I took a measurement,which showed it to be a Medium size frame. Crazy. Need to get Near what I paid.. Or will listen to offers..Thx
I have the SID,on a ’99 4 banger,,It sits, as I build it Up.. Mushy.feels like there is No air in it,and dont really see where to “fill” it ( no air valve,I dont think,,two Knob looking things tho.. )..How much pressurse it takes? etc

Im Getting thru the bike stuff MM sizes etc..Ended up with,for Now, A “73/113” Sq taper BB Un 54..And a decent set of XT cranks,,for the 4 Banger,, Which does have a Chris king headset,,I need another headset,and front derailer for the hardtail..and I guess all the 1-1/8th’s will work there..I did buy a Cheap metric slide…But gotta convert(or count) that,,Should have gotten the Digital.. Thanks for the suggestions..I looked at the spec sheets once or twice..and will try that again..very interested in that shock for the Banger ..mine is Soft and seemingly out of Air(?)..Thank you
looks like a great Deal..!! You could get more on Ebay than $500.00. Im trying to upgrage my Banger..What type and size is that shock? Thank you!
