I wanted to bump this thread.  @bikeric – Did you ever get a new batch of these adapters made?  I should be taking delivery of a 1998 Homegrown Factory Susp. frame with the 22mm mount, so I will be needing something.

    Thanks!

Hi I just came across this thread and I may be too late.  I’m new here.  Would also be interested in a couple of adapters if possible.

Does anyone know if these are still available?  Or is anyone interested in selling theirs that is already made?  Thanks in advance

Sorry all, as I’ve been busy elsewhere and away from the Scwinn’s.  I didn’t have any plans to make more of these but there seems to be a demand for them (at least 5 in my messages).  I think I’ll get another batch started shortly.  It will be a couple of months before they are ready to ship out.  I’ll post up here again when they’re ready.

    Thanks,

Eric- JP here with the clamshell type adapters… I could also use 2 more.  Let me know when and where to paypal?

Many thanks for just awesome work…

Yes I’ll buy an 22mm adapter also. I specifically joined here to buy one from you when they are available. Thank you

I’m a little late to the party but I need to replace the original Hayes on my 2000 4-banger.  Has anyone successfully used one of these adaptors on a 4-banger and are any more still available for purchase?

Quick question for the forum.  Is anyone able to sell their adapter?  I am having my frame re painted and would like to see if I can get an adapter to be painted with the frame.  Thanks in advance.

I will buy one of these adaptors if you have another batch made.  Prefer stainless steel or nickel plated, but I’ll take whatever you have.

I’ve been running the A2Z adaptor on my Bass Boat Blue Homegrown Pro for a while with a filed-down TRP Spyke caliper.  It’s ok, but I’m looking to upgrade to hydraulic with a flat mount caliper.

    Thanks!

Hey guys, I’m getting into this party now – working on conversion to adventure bike.

What is the bolt thread pitch of the rear disk frame mount for a ’99? – I got M6-1.0s x 15mm and the thread pitch seems different.

I need to start with that, I will also most likely be interested in a flat mount but I will save that for a bit.
My bike came with a Rock Shox Duke Race fork and I just got a disk mount setup 29″ for the front. I have 40c Bokken tire on the way – it should just barely fit. If I can get disk mounted on the rear I’m keeping this as a flat-bar (I have a drop bar gravel bike). I will consider bigger options but I dig the wide reartire/mullet for the death cookie rocks that are present in every local trail.

I would also be interested in a flat mount adapter. I have the A2Z red adapter now but we will see how that goes – It did not work with my frame, hence I need a flat mount if there is another set to be made. In the meantime I will most likely get a set of Paul motos so I can run my other road wheels or build a 650B.

    Update: 12/9/2022:
I got a 700x40c Bokken and it just fit with an inner tube but tubeless it rubbed. So I got a 36c setup tubeless on the front today. It clears by about 4mm and only rubs a tad when bottomed out. I’m calling the front sorted for now and moving back toward getting the rear setup for disk now. This is my first time riding 700 in dirt, first time riding disk brakes (even if they are cable pull), and first time riding tubeless. Learned a lot in the process.

Hi, also interested in this adapter. Are you able to share the .stl file in order to have one locally machined here?

    Thank you

Hi bikric,  do you have any adapters available?  I would like to purchase one or possibly two.  I have a 1999 homegrown suspension.  What size of rotors do these adapters fit?

    Thanks.

    Brian.
