Good luck in your search. I have a 15″ Moab 2 frame. It’s a nice bright blue with black darts. It has most of the bits. Shifters/brakes, Rockshox Indy fork, crankset. All you would need is a seatpost, seat, handlebars, pedals, and wheels. I’ll let you have it for whatever the shipping is. If you’re interested I can take a few photos. Let me know.
It should have a serial number stamped on the bottom bracket. But I believe it might not be visible due to the frame being powder coated. The black darts are painted on. I’ve had 3 of these frames and they all cracked at the head tube. The last one that cracked was like yours and a serial number couldn’t be read, but I scraped the powder coating off and the number was visible then. I currently have one that is an NOS teardown that I’m not going to risk riding. It will be for display purposes on my family room wall with a few other bikes. With a nice light air fork they ride really nice.
If you look closely on yours you can make out something on the crank side. Mine is 94094
I’m sorry, I’ve sold them, but I have another NOS set, never mounted or used. I can send a photo if you’re interested. I would like to get what I paid for them, which was $100 plus shipping.

The source would be ebay or a member on this forum. Used for that price. Nothing new anywhere near $200. I use Fox RLC100 or Rockshox SID. But with used make sure the steerer tube is long enough for your frame. Most of the time an 8″ should suffice for all size frames.
And you’re right about parts. My LBS owner just received an order of tires he made in Octiober 2020.
