Bobby, is the 15″ measured to the top of the seat tube or to where it meets the top tube? Also, please log on to the website and reply directly to the forum post.

As far as I know the 96-97 frames were identical except the cable stops, so maybe Eric’s frame was a leftover 96? BBB wasn’t offered (at least officially) for 96, so this is just speculation on my part.
